Terms & Conditions

1. What we do

We operate marketing properties and phone numbers that connect homeowners with local service providers (“Providers”). We are not a contractor and we do not provide the services listed. Enquiries are routed to Providers who operate independently.

2. Who these terms apply to

- Visitors/Homeowners: using our Site/phone numbers to request a quote.
- Providers (business customers): purchasing our enquiry packages or subscriptions.

By using the Site or purchasing any package you accept these Terms.

3. Key definitions

Qualified Enquiry: (a) the caller’s intent matches the relevant service, and (b) the postcode is within the agreed service area, and (c) the call lasts ≥ 45 seconds, or a form is submitted with name + phone + postcode.

Intro Package: a fixed-term package described at checkout (e.g., “14 days”).

Top-Up Credits: a prepaid bundle of Qualified Enquiries (e.g., “10 credits”).

Monthly Lead Pipeline: a rolling monthly plan for a steady volume.

4. For homeowners (free use)

The Site and numbers are free for homeowners to request quotes. We may share the details you submit with one or more Providers to respond to your request. We are not party to any contract between you and a Provider.

5. For providers (business customers)

5.1 Packages & pricing

Details (duration, caps, price) are shown at checkout. Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated. We may update pricing for new purchases.

5.2 Qualified rules, credits & caps

We only count/charge Qualified Enquiries (see definition). We do not count job seekers, suppliers, spam/robocalls, wrong numbers, out-of-area, calls under 45 seconds, or duplicates within 14 days.

Intro Package: ends at the stated term or when the cap (e.g., 15 Qualified) is reached—whichever first.

Top-Up Credits: each Qualified Enquiry deducts 1 credit; credits expire after 180 days (unless stated otherwise).

Monthly Lead Pipeline: fair-use ranges by postcode will be agreed in writing; you must keep a valid payment method on file.

5.3 Payments & refunds

Payments are taken via Stripe at checkout. Packages are prepaid and non-refundable, except:If we deliver fewer than 3 Qualified Enquiries during an Intro Package despite reasonable optimisation, we will credit or refund the package.

If any enquiry is later found to be not Qualified, we will credit it within 2 business days.

For monthly plans, failed payments may pause routing until resolved.

5.4 Your obligations (Providers)

Keep your routing number and answer hours accurate; aim to answer calls during the scheduled ad window.

Use any homeowner data only to respond to that enquiry and in accordance with UK data protection law.

Do not harass, spam, or resell enquiries.

Tell us promptly if your service area or availability changes.

5.5 Ads & spend

During an Intro Package we may fund media at our discretion. For monthly plans, Providers typically fund media directly (we’ll agree this in writing). We optimise budgets, schedules, keywords and routing to maximise qualified responses.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site (no scraping, interfering with tracking numbers, reverse engineering, or unlawful content). We may suspend access for suspected abuse.

7. No warranties; provider responsibility

We do not guarantee any specific outcome or conversion. Providers are solely responsible for quotes, workmanship, pricing, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, loss of business, or indirect/consequential losses. Our total aggregate liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the fees paid to us by you in that period. Nothing limits liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Intellectual property

All content, domains, landing pages, phone numbers, routing logic and analytics we create remain our property. You receive a limited right to receive enquiries during your active package/plan.

10. Data protection

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We act as:Independent controller of Site usage data and call recordings for quality/dispute resolution; and Controller when collecting homeowner enquiries via our forms/numbers and sharing them with Providers.

Providers act as independent controllers of any data they receive.

11. Changes, suspension, termination

We may update these Terms and the Site from time to time. We may suspend routing for non-payment, abuse, or legal/compliance reasons. Either party may terminate a monthly plan with written notice per the agreed term; accrued fees/credits are unaffected.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
